As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

UGH. Anyone want my spot in Oct 8th 5K?
I just found out I have a conflict on the morning of Oct. 8th. There are no refunds but I'm wondering if I could just transfer the name?

Well, your post did inspire me to look into running a 5k. I think I need to sign up for one or else I end up quitting C25K after week 4 every time.
Let me know if it is transferable. If it is, maybe I will actually attempt to do one.
Wow, I am so scared even writing this, I can't believe I am! Signing up for a 5k really scares me!
I was scared the first time I signed up too but it ended up being really fun! Even if you walk some or all of it it's still a great way to get out and be active. :-)

This exactly. I should just register and get it over with. Indy - if we both are doing C25K, I'd run with you! At least we would both understand the need for a quick walk break
