Who's seeing the Deathly Hallows pt 2 this weekend?

My sister and I are going on Sunday! I'm so excited but a little sad at the same time. I don't want HP to be over. LOL

Who else is going? I can't be the other nerd around here!

I need to catch up on the ones I haven't seen first... I think I'm a few behind.
  • Lucky for you, they're all on demand right now! Haha

  • Me! We're going tomorrow morning. I can't wait, though I know I'm going to sob like a baby during certain parts.

  • I'm with you on this one, I think I've only seen the first 3.  I've enjoyed all the movies so far, haven't read the books though.  I think reading the books would help.  We did go to Universal last month and the Harry Potter section was Amazing!! The ride was awesome, although a lot of movement ( I had motion sickness afterward).

Edit: This was a response to Mesa81...I did it wrong :)

  • DH and I are going Sunday too!!  I can't wait!

My sister went to a midnight showing last night/this morning.  I haven't talked to her yet, but I'm pretty confident that it will be awesome Smile

  • I loved the books but am not so into the movies.  I saw the first two and didn't like them, though I know they've long since changed the director and I think the later ones were probably better.
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

I felt the exact same way. But when I was pregnant, I went back and watched all of them. 5 was fantastic, 6 was meh, and 7 pt 1 was my favorite to date. They get SO much better, definitely give them another chance!
  • We went this morning, and it's AWESOME. Seriously.  I loved it.

We also had the best behaved audience I've ever seen - I can count on one hand the number of people who got up during the movie.  There were big cheers during certain scenes, and lots of sniffles.  I can't believe it's all over. *sniff*
