Weekend Plans!
So, what do you have going on this weekend?
Friday: Have a regularly sched sonogram in afternoon and then dinner with my dad for all of us.
Saturday: I am going away for the day and the night with my mommy friends!! We are skipping town and going up to a big hotel in Westchester, the Doral Arrowwood. We are getting there early, spending the day by the pool, getting massages and then going out to dinner. And then overnight on our own, no kids, no sharing beds, lots of feather quilts and pillows and high thread count linens.
Sunday: Brunch with the ladies and then home. Probably dinner with hubbie, Sunday is our 6th Wedding Anniversary.

This weekend will be a laid back one for us, poor husband is really under alot of stress.
Today/Friday: I do not cook on Fridays. Take Out and movie night. Maybe put Avery in the stroller tonight and take a nice walk under the Verrazano...
Saturday: My pick for the day. Never went to the Prospect Park zoo, so thats an option. OR maybe a nice picnic @ the SI Botanical gardens if the weather is nice.
Sunday: Husband's pick for the day..
Today: usual 315 summer lounge schedule (do 1 productive thing, do 5 non-productive things)
Tomorrow: probably the same
Sunday: engagement party in BK
Monday: beach with H and a friend

Alisha - I never cook on Fridays either. It's every man/woman for him/herself that night.
Fri: Really want to go for a drink, but will head home instead to watch the Tudors with DH (I have the 3rd season on DVD) on our newly installed surround sound.
Sat: DH has to work. I will clean up and stuff. This friend from back home who had her baby here called me and asked me to be the baby boy's godmother so I have to head to Brooklyn for that. Then later DH and I are heading to downtown Brooklyn to celebrate my b'day which is actually on Monday. I am hoping to convince DH to take me dancing in a club in Richmond Hill after dinner.

I cook every damn day, Friday is my day of rest. LMAO
OOH, girl..whoop it UP at the club for me. I havent gone to one in a long time. Last time I went I was sadly reminded of how much older I was than everyone there. LOLOLOL. AND I was pulling out my best moves. LOLOL
And Happy Birthday (early!!) - I have to ask, what gifts did you ask for?
Is it bad, my bday is 7/23 and I print out a whole bunch of things (in advance) that I want, and DH can pick out of the stack of things? LOL

I think DH thinks he is too old for the club scene but the thing is I didn't do much clubbing in my younger days and dam, I think I still look fine (youngish enough) to party with the 21 year olds. LOLOLOLOL And if I don't, well too bad for them! I love dancing and I love my Caribbean music. Plus DH is not too much of a dancer so he comes and just hangs and has a drink, and I will dance a few feet from him by myself sometimes (which is the way I like it mostly anyhoo!) LOLOLOL
I only asked for the Glow by J.Lo perfume. DH is notoriously bad at gift giving so I didn't want to overwhelm him. What do you have on your list, fellow Cancerian? Inquisitive minds wanna know...

A makeup "train" box from Sephora - I'm running out of storage room for my cosmetics.
Gift certificate to M.A.C. since I live on that stuff.
Gift certificate to Coach.
A printout of a Gucci purse
A printout of a Louis Vuitton purse
A printout of some jewelry from Tiffany
Gift certificates for clothes, and for Barnes and Noble
And I want a mink coat. LOL
He says I can forget about getting a mink in the summertime, but that maybe I can have it for Xmas. He doesnt want to have to think about storing it before Im even able to wear it. Pfft.
Jewelery is always acceptable, as is shoes. So, I'll get a combo of a couple of these things. Its a win win for everyone. LMAO

Today: I went to NJ to look at some houses. Doing absolutely nothing tonight (we're boring lol).
Tomorrow: Nothing planned, so may just go to the 'rents with the kiddo for a dip in their pool.
Sunday: Possibly going to dinner with the hubby...we'll see.

Tonight: Work. But i was actually able to leave early and get home before 11:30pm!!
Tomorrow: DH and i are trekking out to Long Beach! I'm so excited!!
Sunday: maybe watch some Harry Potter movies. Or clean. But more than likely, HP movies while lounging on our pull out couch with the AC directed right at us.
