Here is her response when I asked her a little while back with some pics.
I love how the cabinets look but there are some tiny issues. Our fridge barely fit. We actually had to take off the baseboard to get it in there. The stove does not fit. The installer is coming back out on Saturday to fix the cabinets so that it does. I'm a little worried that the appliances are going to look too big for the space, but they're bought now, so it's too late. Also, all of our new cabinets are a little bit narrower than our old cabinets, which I didn't realize until they were in. That's not too big of a deal though, because we added the island which added 4 extra cabinets.
Countertops should be in in about 2 weeks! Once that gets done, we'll be able to pick out tile and backsplash.
Oh wow. I can imagine that was a little stressful but I'm sure it will all look just fine. I'm glad you like the way the cabinets look. It sounds like it's really coming along. I'm jealous you get to pick out a backsplash. That's the one thing our kitchen is missing that I'd love to do but it's not in the budget right now. There are so many awesome options out there now.
