It's like a giant bulletin board. You "pin" stuff you like and it saves the photos linked to the original site. You can create your own boards (for example, I have a "my style" board, a "quilts" board, an "eats" board, etc) to organize everything.
You can pin things from other people's boards, or you can pin anything you find on the internet.
I REALLY wish this existed when we were planning our weddings. It would make keeping track of everything and the links so easy!

Okay, so you basically make a board for each project/hobby/interest and c&p the pic "onto" it?
I agree...for a wedding it would have been really helpful. It probably would have helped me a little with the basement and seeing paint colors, sectionals, etc together in one location. Not sure what I would use it for now.

It is free. You'll find uses for it. You can store anything there - recipes, craft projects, places in the world you'd like to visit, etc etc. Just take a look at other people's boards. You can use the search function to find anything.
