Saddest part of Harry Potter 7 Part 2 (spoilers)

I know that a few ppl here are HP fans.  I just have to share what the saddest part of the movie last night was.

It was when Harry was looking at Snape's memories through the pensieve and it shows him as a baby sitting in the crib with little tears on his cheeks and Lily is telling him to be brave and strong and that Mommy and Daddy love him.

I just couldn't help thinking about Kaden at the sitter's sleeping, and me having to tell him the same thing.  Total waterworks.

If you saw it what was your saddest part??

  • That was sad...the saddest part for me was watching them cry over Fred's body, and then seeing Lupin and Tonks lying next to each other.

  • I got teary during multiple parts (the forbidden forest, Tonks/Lupin/Fred, Harry's confirming to Hermione & Ron he's a horcrux..)

but I couldn't hold it back anymore when Dumbledore was clutching Lily's body but when Snape showed Dumbledore his patronus and Dumbledore said "After all this time Severus?" "Always"

definitely the quoted part. I got a little teary when Harry was talking to little Albus.

  • We watched last night. I didn't find any of it that sad and I didn't cry at all - probably because I knew what was coming. I really liked it though.
