NCR: I am so tired of house negotiations!

We have been negotiating on a REO (bank owned foreclosure) since last Tuesday. Bank "time" is soooooooo slow! We are getting close, so I really hope it works out, but it is d.r.a.g.g.i.n.g. We almost offered on a short sale earlier this year. I am so glad we didn't because that time line would have driven me nuts!
Keep your fingers crossed. This would give me a dedicated craft room!!!!

Cmeon--I feel for ya with the house. My brother and his family have a home in FL and they are in the same boat as y'all. It stinks.
