Just saw your ultrasound pic! So cute!!!! How are you feeling? Are you going to have a NT scan? Have you bought anything yet?

Hey there. I'm glad your vacation went well, and that things are headed in the right direction with your H!
I'm feeling pretty good. Still tired, but the nausea is getting much better. I really feel like I had this first trimester pretty easy. How are you feeling? Do you feel great and have all the energy that everyone says comes with the 2nd tri?
We aren't going to do the NT scan. We will do the bloodwork tests that come at like 11 and 15 weeks(I think). H didn't really want to do any of the tests, but I was on the fence, so we asked our midwife her recommendation. Since we aren't high risk she suggested just the bloodwork.
We haven't bought anything yet! I can't believe it! It still feels kind of surreal - I think we'll have an easier time once I get a belly, and start to feel the baby. The ultrasound definitely helped! I also think finding out boy or girl will help with shopping. We have been given about a million baby/kid books, so the bookshelf will definitely be stocked.
What about you? Have you been shopping yet? I can't wait to hear about your u/s to find the sex! Ours is not until September 29th - it feels like forever!
Good to hear that you are feeling better! I think I had a pretty easy 1st tri too! Still tired and occasional MS...
I have been shopping like crazy LOL. I cannot stop buying baby things. We went on vacation with 2 suitcases and came home with 4! My family is going crazy buying baby things. We have lots of books already too!
We are so excited to see Greenbean again on Tuesday! I am counting down the hours LOL.
We have a few white onsies, a white hat, 2 red long sleeve onsies with dogs (gender neutral), a back of blankets that are yellow and green from old navy, and an adorable cupcake tutu that I told DH if the baby is a boy I am putting it on him because it is just tooooo cute.
We also have over 20 books already. Oh and a few bibs. The baby's room is getting full LOL.
Once you start it is so hard to stop!
