    I've always had Hondas, so this was a big deal for me to change to another brand. I test drove and researched a lot and I felt you got a lot of bang for your buck. The gas mileage was great along with the safety ratings and a ton of features. I also didn't want a huge vehicle going from a civic so it was a good step up without being too big.

    I'm a Honda/Toyota girl, but I LOVE the Forrester. I can't wait until I buy my next car (I'm the type that will always have a car payment), I'm totally looking outside my box.

    Congrats, Alyssa. MH was looking at the outback. Subarus are super reliable and lasting cars. I think he is looking at the Jetta hatchback/wagon sport now though...I forget why.

    This excites me :o) I've never really driven anything bigger than my Kia 4-door. Well, we did borrow the IL's van while DH's car was in the shop, and I felt like I was driving a school bus. 

    The hard part for us is that DH wants to buy used, and I've heard it's really hard to find used Subaru's because owners keep them for so long. So we'll see!
