who to send follow up email-one or both

I had a first interview with 2 people for a position.  Then, had a follow up meeting with one of them where we outlined a practice project I was to complete.   In the meeting, she suggested I email one of my questions about said project to the other person which I did and he responded answering my question.  I have now completed my assigned project.  Should I email just the woman I met with for the follow up of the completed project or email both of them the project separately or in a joint email?  They both work in cubicles on the same floor in the same department but i don't know how much they communicate with each other.  I can't decide what would be the most appropriate thing to do.  Both people will judge my project when it is final.   Thanks for your opinion about what to do.  I don't want to leave anyone out but I don't want to be redundant either.

  • I would send one joint email. Address it to the one you had the follow up meeting with but cc the second person as well. This way, you are reaching out to both of them however not being redundant since it's still just one email.
