BF related ?
Tell me if I'm being paranoid or not. SInce yesterday was my bday I decided I wasn't going to BF so I could have a couple drinks and not worry about it. From about 6p-1230a I had 4 drinks. I pumped and dumped in the meantime. When S woke up in the morning, 730a, I did nurse but I felt bad about it. Like my milk was still contaminated. I've read that whatever you feel is what your milk is (if I'm buzzed my milk is "Buzzed". I didn't feel anything but still just worries me.
Next ?: my right boob is all red. Like about half of it. It's the one I have had problems with clogged ducts before. It doesn't seem to be cloggednow and it doesn't hurt but is it normal to just be red for no reason?
