Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

30DS users?
I'm thinking about doing the 30 Day Shred....I want to drop a few pounds before school starts. I'm right at a month until school starts, so I figured this was a good way to start.
Anyone done it? Is it worth spending the 10 bucks to buy the DVD?

I was thinking of starting this as well...I attempted it once and completly FAILED! so maybe 2nd time around ill be able to do it haha
or I may just buy that Zumba for the game consols they sell
