What's everyone planning for dinner this week?
Tonight is fish, not sure how I'm making it yet. Also on the agenda are Lazy Lasagna (thanks Vikki!), steak on the grill and ordering pizza
Re: Meal planning
The Sand in My Snow Boots
I honestly haven't thought about that this week...I'm all alone, so it'll probably be a lot of leftovers and cereal. I'm so lazy when it's just me...it's borderline pathetic.
I do want to make pizza, tacos, steaks and a couple of chicken dishes next week, so I definitely need to go grocery shopping. Tonight, I'll make my list and dig through some recipes, then I'll probably go tomorrow.
Do you do anything special with the pork chops when you grill them?
And sorry Emily didn't want to share having a birthday on the 16th with you and Travis
My sister dropped off a chicken, so we'll have that tonight w some veggies.
Tomorrow I think maybe tacos
Wednesday maybe chicken picatta or something- if I have the energy to cook
Thursday maybe burgers
Friday maybe we will order out or go out- Ava gets her shots that day!
Tonight is flounder, my dad caught some yesterday so I'm going to fry it up depending on how I'm feeling.
Tomorrow will be leftovers, I have lasagna, sausage, enchiladas, hot wings and salad fixins in the fridge that need to be cooked.
Well, I'm only planning meals for a couple of nights this week, because I'm working late a bunch.
So, turkey buffalo lettuce wraps. I'm a sucker for things that use buffalo sauce but aren't chicken.
I also really want what I call home tacos. Ground beef (seasoned) in a tortilla with chopped tomato, cheese, and refried beans. I pph it.
Tonight is lazy lasagna.
Tomorrow, leftover ribs from this weekend.
Wednesday we eat at church.
Thursday Rodgers will cook chicken something.
Friday will be leftovers from Thursday.
Usually we just do some sort of rub with whatever seasoning DH picks. I have a few from Tastefully Simple and Pampered Chef like Southwest Seasoning and Simply Garlic that he'll throw on (not those two specifically together) with some salt and pepper. Or a really good one is some cayenne, cumin, garlic seasoning, and rosemary. Really though, you can't go wrong by just pulling out whatever you have in your spice rack and mixing a few together!

My Randomness Blog!!
It's just me this week, so I'll be having pretty basic stuff.
Tonight, I had crock pot chicken and asparagus sauteed with garlic and lime juice. Homemade allergen free chocolate maple cupcake for dessert.
Tomorrow, I'll probably have the leftovers from tonight. The rest of the week, I'll probably have some of the following: turkey burgers with sweet potato fries, duck with orange sauce and some kind of veggie, caribbean jerk tilapia with black beans and rice, or chicken sausage with peppers over rice.
