I was looking near Santa Monica, just north of Montana. But I really like what you've chosen here...love the open floor plan and two story ceiling/loft feel.
Thanks! I was scrolling through different coastal cities in the area until I came across something that was close to what I was thinking. Eveything was really gaudy w/over the top decor and marble from head to toe, but I'm more of a modern/wood/open space kind of person. I really love the openess and the way the inside living space opens up to the outdoor living space. I think I could have some fabulous dinner parties here....drive over from Santa Monica anytime!

I didn't play yesterday. This is the closest I've found so far. I'm kinda iffy on the columns, but DH loves that kind of stuff. I needed something on the water....ya know, for my yacht. What's funny is, the yard size is the same as my current house. But the square footage is about 1,200 bigger.
