As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Help! Things to do with OOT visitor this week (esp Mon & Tues eve)
Hi there. I have a friend coming to town today and she'll be visiting through Wednesday afternoon. I've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to see what is going on around town this week, so I'm turning to the sage Nesties for advice.
Is there anything interesting going on during the next few days? And anything fun tonight or tomorrow night? We're in Silver Spring, but DC and surrounding area is just fine.
She is interested in wineries for tomorrow, so I think we'll drive out to some that are open, so that takes care of part of the time, but I'm at a loss otherwise. She's not really a museum person, we've been to Annapolis with her, and we've done the Mall together on a past trip. I'm thinking today maybe we'll take a walk in Brookside gardens before meeting DH in DC for dinner, but I have no other plan.

You could go down to National Harbor and walk around and eat lunch down there.
Bohemian Caverns at 11th and U has a big band jazz orchestra on Monday nights.
