Grand Cayman
Has anyone been to the Grand Cayman Islands?
I'm trying to plan a December trip but we have to avoid Costa Rica, Jamaica, Aruba, Dominican, and Mexico, possibly Bermuda, because most of the group has been to one or more of those places. I need an all inclusive resort in the 1200-1700 pp price range. Any ideas?

I don't think there are. And GC is super, super pricey.
St. Lucia has a few AI's (we stayed at one), but they'll be a bit above your price range. Has anyone been to the Pacific side of Mexico?
