As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on my Mom
So she is still in the hospital. She is still in pain. They still don't know what's wrong with her. Her PCP wanted the hospital to do this one specific test for her gallbaldder and they couldn't do it today because there was no one there to do it. UGH. This is seriously starting to piss me off. First they were saying that it was just constipation (she hasn't eaten since Tuesday) and then they were saying she has inflammed ribs. WTF. Hopefully this test she does today will solve whether or not its her gall bladder and whether or not she needs to have it removed.

I agree, not knowing what is going on is the worst. You just want them to figure it out so that they can start TREATING her already!! Poor thing. I feel so badly for her.

Amanda, I was offline last week and think I missed your original post. I'm so sorry to hear that your mom is going through a hard time. I hope they figure it out soon and that it turns out to be something minor. T&P heading your way.

Don't you just love hospitals! There have been several times that my grandmother has been in the hospital and the doctors play the guessing game as to what is wrong (they go from one extreme to the other in a matter of minutes). I will pray that they will have a true answer for your family ASAP. I will continue to pray that the pain your mom is in will improve soon.

I know some of you saw my status on FB but my Mom's out of the hospital! I still think they don't know what's wrong with her, but she was diagnosed with rib inflammation. All her tests came out negative (which is great!). She's going to be following up with her Dr. today
