I'm slacking this week and haven't picked up anything other than a gossip mag, but I figured I'd get the post started anyway!

I am a gluten-free, gun-toting wife! :P
I love you, Daddy...2/24/1953 to 2/13/2011
wish there was a "like" button on the boards!
I'm new to this, but I'm assuming we're posting what we've read. I read "Among the hidden" a few days ago. My younger brother (read: 11. So you kinda get the age group it's aimed for) is writing a paper on it so I read it to help him out; it was a good book and I finished it in about 2 hours. So if you're looking for a quick read and a good read, there's a suggestion!
And I've been reading up on craft fairs if that counts, haha.
Shy & Zeus
I finished Columbine this weekend. Very interesting book!
Now I am reading The Brave by Nicholas Evans. He wrote The Horse Whisperer (which is not my favorite by him, but the most well known). It is ok so far, but I haven't figured out what the point is yet. I am only 40 pages into it.
I am also rereading HP7. This is just for fun. I wanted to reread it before seeing the movie, but DH and I could not resist seeing it opening night at the drive in when we could see parts 1 and 2 together.
I just finished Jennifer Weiner's new book, Then Came You. I have liked a bunch of her books, but I didn't particularly love this one. It was hard for me to keep 2 of the characters straight, and I didn't really identify with the characters.
I'm also about halfway through Katie Couric's book, which is cute. It's just short letters of advice from lots of famous people.
I own this book! I haven't read it yet, but it's on my list to get to soon!
Last week I read Garden Spells. It was wonderful! I'm really liking Sarah Addison Allen's books. I also read Daniel's Gift by Barbara Freethy. It was a sweet story, and a quick read.
I've been thinking of reading Columbine next. I'm interested in it, but I'm afraid it might be too heavy for me.
Columbine is heavy. But really interesting! I recommend it. I just read another lighter book at the same time so that I had something else too pick up when I needed a break. I learned a lot about the actual day, the events leading up to it, and the aftermath.
