As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Early Childhood Center Interview
Hi,
I have an interview tomorrow for an early childhood center. The heat index is suppose to be 110 here tomorrow. It is ok for me to wear a dress or should I still wear a suit. I would have to keep my jacket on becuase I don't like the way just the shirt and pants look. Thanks for any input.

I'm new to this board but I am a long time early childhood teacher. I had an interview yesterday and I wore a dress. You should make sure it is conservative and long enough to so nothing will show if you are asked to interact with children and you need to sit on the floor.
