i like la fontana and lanterna tuscan bistro, both in nyack. dh and i have gone to both for date nights and birthdays and small group outings.
i like posa posa in nanuet - i often choose them for catering, but it's very casual and doesn't really have a birthday-special ambiance!
we went to a party at marcellos in suffern, and the food was very good!
