Today Sponge
What can y'all tell me about the Today Sponge? I'm considering getting off of my birth control (Seasonique) and would use this as birth control. Is it as effective? Tricky to use? Any crazy side effects? I'd appreciate any info or advice you have. Thanks!

I tried it once but wasn't a huge fan, I didn't like the way it felt but then again I don't like lube at all either so I might just be a bit of a purist.
I don't think its quite as effective but you should look up all the actual statistics.
its easy enough to use but you have to leave it in for quite a while after and depending on frequency this might be a problem on occasion.
It contains spermicide just like you should use with a diaphragm so if your comfortable with all those chemicals anyway that might be just as easy of an option for you.
