How is everyone today?
We had baseball a bit earlier last night, which was great, but then the team wanted to go out for a beer, so we still didn't get home until 11:45. Ugh. Too late.
I did, however, get asked to play in a tournament this weekend. One of the girls on our team plays on a whole bunch of other teams and 2 girls suddenly dropped out for their games this weekend. Ahh! I'm nervous, I don't want to suck.
I have no idea what we're doing tonight, hopefully not tiling!

Last night was much of the same like the night before. A friend of mine gave me some clothes for P so I started going thru them last night and seperating them. I got all of the summer ones washed so I can put them up in tonight. The winter ones I am going to stick in storage since its obviously not getting cold anytime soon.
Tonight will be much of the same I decided not to cook a meal tonight since we have leftovers from the last 2 nights, and I am going out to eat with my BFF for lunch. So I am planning on a quick meal for the kids, some play time, then big brother. Does anyone else watch that show?
Good morning! Tonight's finally Harry Potter night in Cocodriloland. Before that, we're having dinner at a chicken place that we like. I'm debating whether or not to walk the mile from my work to the restaurant. I like being downtown because basically anything's walkable, but it's ridiculously hot today, yuck.
Other than that, not much going on. Last night I dragged myself to the gym and had a quick dinner before heading to bed to read. I'm slowly getting into the swing of things at the new job.

Good morning, ladies.
Lots of work to do if I'm going to be able to go on vacation for a couple of days next week. But, they told us yesterday that we're finally getting another person in our group. Yay - I hope they divide the work up to help everyone and not just the slacker who can't get everything done on time.

Last night we had dinner with some friends and then DH had a softball game. I opted out since it is stupid hot out and went home.
Today just the same old at work and then home to get some stuff done around the house.

We had the most hellasious thunder/lighting/rain/hail storm ever last night! We ended up loosing power for several hours. By the time the power came on we had time for a quick dinner then went to bed.
Tonight I need to go home and access the damage to the yard. Several of the trees lost a ton of leaves and branches and my flowers got pounded. After that I plan to get a good workout in since I missed my workout last night.

Morning everyone. Last night was fairly relaxed. B and I drove up to my parents for a quick dinner. We picked up the dog and cats, who had been hanging in the burbs while we had some work done on the house. It was quite eerie in our house without them, so I'm glad they're back home.
Today needs to be a "get it done" day at work, and then tonight I have to pack for my weekend trip to New York with my mom.

Today I'm starting to train the new guy so I likely won't be around after this. I'll actually be training him at his office offsite so I won't be around much.

Morning! Last night we had a softball game. We were down 10 runs with 2 innings to go, and then we started rallying. We had cut the other team's lead to only 2 runs, when the skies opened up and it started downpouring. Needless to say, the game was called, and we never got a chance to finish it. Boo.
DH is going to play poker with friends tonight. I am torn between staying in and relaxing with a glass (or 2) of wine, or going out with a couple of the girlfriends of the guys playing. Since I have been sitting home all afternoon, I will probably go out.
Afternoon! I got up early to get in a run before I had to work/before it got too hot this morning, then I worked with our School Improvement Team on our plan all day. Bonus: Air Conditioning! We're mostly done, just have 4 hours of work tomorrow to wrap it up! Tonight we are grilling and trying to stay cool.
