Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) is the law that requires employers of a certain size to grant you job-protected unpaid leave; you usually fill out paperwork with your employer for that. 

    I think you're thinking of TDI (Temporary Disability Insurance), which you file for with the State of RI once you're "disabled" (eg, after the birth of your child).  That website is here: http://www.dlt.ri.gov/tdi/tdifile.htm
