Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Google+
Does anyone have google plus? I have been messing around with it for a few days and all i have managed to do is put some friends in circles... I have no idea what i'm doing or what it is supposed to be used for. Some of my friends seem to be "posting" things, kind of like facebook, but I am lost, lol.

It's supposed to be the "new facebook". I'm on it, but after spending so much time getting my facebook page to be where I wanted it, I just don't have the patience to do it again with another platform.
My husband and all his tech. friends love google plus though. Instead of messing around with privacy settings, they can direct certain messages/posts to certain groups (friends/family/etc)
Similar to Peanut, my FI has mentioned it, and in response he gets a blank look on my face. I don't get it, but I also haven't taken the time to even look at it. Quite frankly, I can only keep up with so much, and all my family is on Facebook, so there seems like a very slim chance that I would make the switch.
Me too. I'm not all that excited about it and I don't ever use it.
