As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Applying for the same position through multiple avenues?
I have submitted several applications to various agencies using a form that they have on their website. Should I also email my resume and cover letter to the person mentioned in the listing (the listing gives their email address), or will that seem like over kill?

Actually I did that with my current position. I applied online and then found the email of the internal recruiter and sent him my resume. Whatever the case, it worked and I got the job. So in my case, it was not overkill but I did get their attention!
