What site did you use to sell your home? Did you pay an agent commission due to an MLS listing?

What happened to your buyer?
I sold my mom's house FSBO for her. I put ads on Craigslist, and it sold in less than a week. We didn't have it on the MLS at all.
Buyer= too good to be true of course. Not willing to sign a contract.
