One of my bffs from college sent me an email telling me how she saw this/these people on the Today show and thought of me and wants to do it. Have you heard of this? It's a really cute, great idea. I think it's probably neater with a bigger number of people (4) but I think she and I will really enjoy it and we need it.

Re: Traveling Journal
Dani, that's annoying. It's one my company thinks is suspicious too so I get a pop up asking if I really want to go there. Not sure why though.
Anyway, it's really neat, it's 5 friends who grew up together and after highschool they all moved to different parts of the country so they started this journal that gets mailed between them all (in an order) and they write it in and send it to the next person so they can all keep in touch with what's going on in their lives. They can keep it as long as they want, etc. since everyone is busy and all. You can put pictures and stickers and stuff so it's sort of like a scrapbook too.
I like it because honestly I don't even get to talk on the phone with my friends who are out of state! Heck, I don't ever even see the friends who live locally. And there's something about handwriting letters that I love so if it's in a designated notebook that I could do at anytime and add to I think that would be neat.
This reminds of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants!
I've read all of them.
That does look like a great idea. Even to do with a sibling that doesn't live nearby. There is something definitely personal about handwritten letters and notes.
Such a cute idea! And a great way to document things as well!

How many books were there? I thought two? I think I had the first one on my goodreads list or amazon wish list, I might have removed it. I shall add it back!
Summer - there were four books.
Mitz - I had no idea either! I'm going to have to look for that!
wow, i had no idea either. My best friend and I would read it then send the book to each other and write notes in all four of them. I am picking it up tomorrow!
