Resume help?

I've been trying to get a job back in the insurance or medical billing/finance field but I haven't been getting responses. I'm wondering if i'm missing key words on my resume or if it is just missing something to make it stand out. I moved a few months ago and had no idea it would take this long to get responses! Would anyone be willing to look at my resume and tell me what they think? Or does anyone have any advice? Encouraging words? Lol
