its a resource for finding all kinds of caregivers.
My boss used it to find a house keeper.

I know you are probably serious in asking this question, but someone from Care.com was pimping on the baby board last week, so this post got an LOL out of me.
I've used them for babysitting. It is hit or miss. There are good peeps on there, you just have to stick to your guns and weed the crazies out.

I also nanny PT so I found my current family and I start with a new family next month.
