So I hired a personal trainer...
I want to lose weight before our trip to Europe which is in exactly one month... the whole eating right thing and going on my elliptical isn't working for me anymore so I decided to hire help.
I purchased 10 sessions with a trainer at my local gym. I met the lady today and she was absolutely terrifying... my first session is tomorrow afternoon and I'm not looking forward to it

I used to meet with a trainer (I went through a few of them because they kept leaving), and to be honest, I did *** with the nice ones. I need someone scary or else I don't do anything.
Good luck and have fun! Remember, the last thing you want is to pay all of that money to not work hard and see results!
