Try candied ginger for the "morning" sickness. It worked well for one of my friends. GL

Another thing to avoid right now is high acidic foods....they seem to contribute to MS even more....(I had to learn the hard way). Stick with bland foods, lots of water! (please drink a lot of water...my friend ended up with horrible MS and was hospitalized for dehydration) and anything with ginger will help.
This next tip helped some, but it is not a fix all. Try to keep your mind busy with other things. I noticed when I had very busy days at work, I would forget how I was feeling until I had a break.
Just remember through all the bad moments you are one step closer to meeting your baby! And yeah...it is worth it in the end (can't you tell I am getting very excited to meet my son!).
Some of the things that have helped my friends:
Mint
Ginger (tea cookies candies)
Sour Lemon - Prego Pops
Drinking lots of water
Eating a handful of crackers/cereal BEFORE you get out of bed in the AM (even before you sit up)
Carrying a cut lemon with you in case smells set you off
Eating small meals all day - never letting yourself get hungry
Sea Bands - which it seems you are already getting
Milk
Taking the prenatal before bed with crackers
Tums - also a good source of calcium!
Some have also tried meds from the doctor which also help
Eating anything that sounds reasonably good - Coco Puffs name brand only not store brand were the only thing my friend Meg could keep down one day her DH tried to save money put imitation puffs into the store brand box and she was quite ill!
Can you tell I've paid careful attention because MS is one of my biggest fears?
THIS!
Haha Laurie! Thanks for the great list! I'll have to try some of them. Sounds like you will be super prepared when you get to that point!
