I do! Well, actually, I have two. One of them (the best one) uses alcohol, though...
Guinness Stew - this one actually isn't a crockpot recipe, but it's easily adaptable by dumping everything in and letting it cook for like 8 hrs.
Beef Stew - this one is more traditional. I omit the BBQ sauce and add a packet of stew seasoning. I also take some liberties with the veggies to adapt to my tastes.
