Spa/pampering in Cedar Rapids/IA City?
A couple friends and I are going to have a girls trip to Williamsburg and CR/IA City in August for shopping and a little pampering. Are there any good places for massages/pedicures in the area? Also, where would be a good place for dinner and drinks? I went to UNI so I'm not in on the happenings around that area :-)

There is an Avadea school there, I think! My cousin lives in Farfax, so she's forever giong to Coralville, WB, IA City/CR. And if you like Grante City there is one in CR!

Nadia's Salon and Spa is AWESOME!! My BFF is the master stylist there. It's an Aveda salon and they do amazing work.
For dinner, I just went to Zepplins Bar and Grill a couple weeks ago. OMG! It was AWESOME! They can get to be pretty busy, but the atmosphere is really nice and the food is fantastic. They were voted the best restaurant in CR this year.
