What is your favorite recipe/way to eat it? I'm planning to try to prepare some this week/end.
Re: Asparagus
I like it very similar. I drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and put in the oven at 425 until it looks like its done (helpful, I know).
ETA: I love asparagus!
My Ovulation Chart
a TINY drizzle of olive oil, some sea salt (which I usually hate, fwiw), and I load mine with cajun seasoning.. then we chuck 'em on the grill.
A friend of mine made small bundles wrapped with prociutto and baked them, then put a small sliver of cheese (I think it was provolone?) lengthwise over the bundles and let them melt. That was crazy good.
I make mine the same way except I put the balsamic on before I cook them.
Sauteed in olive oil, with finely diced shallots and garlic sprinkled with s&p.
Roasted with olive oil, s&p, then tossed with balsamic, halved cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. I could eat it like this until I threw up.
