Kim K suing Old Navy
I wonder if this is more about her dating reggie bush than about old navy. i know she isn't suing the girl, but if she wins this case, it pretty much means this Melissa chick will never be able to get any sort of commercial ever again.

I remember there was hoopla when that commercial came out, and I have to admit, I was unsure whether it was Kim or not when I saw it. I'm sure ON knew what they were doing.
I do think it's funny the girl is dating Reggie Bush - and I do agree that is probably what is spurring this into action.

That's funny. I only saw the commercial a couple of times but I never realized that it wasn't her.
I guess Reggie can't deny having a type. I had a friend whose second husband could have been her first husband's twin. It was... odd. They sent out Christmas cards and I was so confused why his name was wrong on the card. It wasn't wrong - and J still swears it was just try #2 with guy #1
No, it's how she was used. She has a legal right to publicity, and if she thinks that Old Navy is trying to use someone who looks like her to sell their product then she can sue for that. Either she wants to promote Old Navy herself, or she does not want to be associated with it.
