Should we...
set up our own private board? I can set one up in a few minutes that's hosted on my website. I kind of like the privacy of the bow, but I want something like that with you ladies! 
Especially since that way we can knock out GTG stuff, and not get harassed every so often about taking this board over.
Just let me know, if you'd rather not, that's fine!

I kinda feel like maybe we should. I decided I am probably not gonna post on the Bow, and I obviously want to keep this going with you ladies, so it may be best if we do that. I think it would be less trouble in the long run to set up a more private board. Plus, the other day I remember Lola had something she wanted to confess but felt like she couldn't here because it's not private...maybe this would help eliminate people's worries too about posting certain things.
I am good with either though!
I wish we could get a dw tn board.

I don't mind a private board but I've also seen them go down in flames. So.....I will let you guys make that call.
* I do think we should post this on DW as well. Those girls should have a say if they want to participate.

Pam the bow is the private board the ND nesties finally went to. A lot of us aren't going to move over there so there is talk of creating a private board. Everyone would be welcome. It's bc TN won't give us a DW board.

Are you ladies referring to the Destination Weddings board on The Knot? What would you wish to call the new board, if they do create one for you? DW is not exactly a "Nest" theme, know what I mean?
I'll see what I can do about requesting the board for you.
That would be awesome! I really don't have an idea for the board. Maybe you could just talk to them and see if they're even willing to create one for us?

Ladies, it may be helpful if you could possibly brainstorm a name for the new board that would be in line with the Nest's newlywed/married "theme." While TK had the DW board for those planning their destination weddings, over here on TN, you're already married. It's arguable that the Travel board here is viewed by the admins as being comparable to DW, just a guess on my part. The themes of these boards drop the planning aspect. If you can find a niche that isn't filled already on TN, they might be more likely to create it for you.
Again, I can't promise anything other than that I will make your request known to the Nest admins. And, actually, I've already put it out there. Now the waiting game begins as to when I may get a response.
Just an idea but maybe we could have a DW anniversary board? A lot of other brides bond on their monthly boards and then can join that anniversary board. But we all bonded on DW and have a variety of dates. It would give us a home that we could go to in addition to your normal anniversary board for girls who had friends both places.
I agree on being torn over moving to a private board. I'd like the safety thing. I mean I don't even share my FB cause I don't random people finding me lol and it'd be nice to vent openly but will it stay as active?
