As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

XP: Any college advisors/administrators here?
Or have experience working with retention, academic transition from developmental classes to mainstream university, learning assistance, student tutoring, etc... ?
I have a phone interview for a Learning Assistance Specialist position at a college that I really, really want. I'm doing lots of research and if I get chosen for an in-person interview I plan on creating a portfolio to showcase my relevant experience and ability, but I haven't worked much with these topics (even though I've worked in higher ed administration for around 4 years total), so if anyone has experience in these fields I'd love to hear your ideas!
