other than your home

need to brainstorm some ideas for sam's first bday party this fall - indoors, rockland....not sure we want it at home yet - any unique ideas?

Re: other than your home

  • I  assume you are talking more of an adult party and not looking for a place for the little ones to really play.

What about a local hall? like a VFW or Elks club? Maybe one of the parks has a room you can rent? You can have B-day parties at most of the zoo's. What about any of the orchards or Pumpkin patches? I'm not sure if they would be inside. Possibly a restaurant with a back room.

  • i called orchards in rockland and in bergen - and none do this.

i see an opportunity here - lol!

maybe a restaurant. the hall would be just like a home - I'd have to do all the work! Might as well just have it at our house then!

  • When is her bday? I saw an ad in rockland parent newspaper thing for parties at an orchard/farm but only until october
