Infant/Newborn waste size
I am wanting to start making tu tu's and my friend's baby shower is coming up. Can anyone tell what size I need to make the waste band for a newborn? Also, are their any websites out there that have this sort of general info, like for toddler sizes and what not?

15-16" should be fine, with a nice stretchy elastic waist. Ribbon waists are nice for that age group, too, since they're so adjustable and aren't active enough to untie a bow and remove them.
