Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I bought 30DS. I started it on Tuesday. By the end, I was tired and sweaty! (I'm really out of shape.) Yesterday, I planned on doing it again, but I was SO sore. I know I need to do it again today to get results, but I am still a little sore, and am already feeling the pain I know I'll have tomorrow.
I really just need to tone up and lose like 5 pounds. I know it shouldn't be hard to do, since it's not a super lofty goal....but I still need the motivation!!

You just have to force yourself to do it! I know it's hard to do, especially when you're sore but exercising again will help with the soreness (maybe only use body weight instead of handweights). Once you get yourself in the routine of working out it will be much easier to do it every day.
