Yay for Friday!
What's going on this weekend, y'all?
Will Ashlee & Kristin finally get to meet their little girls?
Tonight I'm going to the gym (trying to lose weight before I gain a ton in Europe). Tomorrow I'm going for a long-ish run, Costco trip & Britney Spears with LB. Sundays is brunch & being a lazy bum
Re: TGIF - Weekend Plans?
I have a 4 day weekend. Today I have to go shopping and clean house in preparation for DH's last 20-something birthday BBQ Saturday night. Saturday during the day I'll finish cleaning up and prep all the food for tomorrow night. I really hope we have a decent turnout, some of our friends are kind of flakey.
Sunday we're going out to eat with MIL and SIL for DH's birthday. Monday is his actual birthday so we both took the day off. I'm not sure yet what we'll do but it will be an us day.
Should be a fun weekend!
No plans for us. B wants to go to the beach.. but I don't think that's happening
I have a NST at 10:30 and I'm hoping to get some sort of news about when this kid is coming out
My little brother's birthday party Sat at noon then surprising my little sisters with Britney tickets. Maybe I'll see some of you there!
Brunch on Sunday then I am relaxing, I have had plans every single night this week with no time to chill.
I'm leaving work early today to take my GD test. Tonight we're going to see FIL at the hospital. The dr says as long as there are no setbacks, he can go home tomorrow.
Tomorrow, we have a bunch of small house projects to work on- putting up new blinds, replacing sockets, putting the wall decal on the nursery, etc. I also need to finish my thank you cards from my shower. Oh and we're taking DH's Jeep to get detailed so we can sell it.
Sunday will probably be hang out and do laundry.
My Ovulation Chart
Tomorrow I have an early group run down at the beach, then breakfast with everyone. I'd like to go check out the Riverside Art Market during the day, then my mom & step dad are coming up and DH is taking us all to Biscotti's as my delayed 30th brithday celebration.
Sunday is brunch and working on the Power Point presentation I need for my 2nd interview on monday.
Where are you having it done at? I bought one (I think it was living social) a while back for Mana Medical Spa. I did my legs/bikini when I lived in CA and I'm doing my underarms now. I can answer questions if you have them
Tonight after work I'm stopping by Regency to get some summer clothes at Forever 21 (I just found out they had one, SO excited!)
Tomorrow I'm flying to San Diego for a week to be with my family. I haven't seen them since Christmas and it's gonna be so hard to leave them again! I can't wait.
It's at Avecina medical. I guess I'm just wondering how much it hurts. It looks like they have one of the newer machines ( I researched it) that has some sort of cooling technology that they say helps? I'm just reasonably cautious about letting a stranger near my girly bits w/a laser. lol
So jealous of your San Diego trip!!! Have fun.
I know, I just heard about this but it's soooo far and I'm crunched for time tonight : I should be able to find *something* I like at the smaller one. Hopefully.
clseale13 - My experiences were both SO different. When I had my treatments done back home she used an actual laser (light sheer diode) and it was the most painful 3 hours of my life. But I have a very low pain tolerance.
With the ones I'm doing now she uses an IPL, which is not a laser, and it's much less effective according to the research I've done. It doesn't hurt at all, so that supports my theory that it's not really doing anything. There are no after effects at all. With the laser you could see the burned hairs (they come to the surface) and your skin usually gets pink and swollen. With the IPL none of that happened. So there are a lot of variables it could be here, but hopefully they use a laser and not an IPL! No pain no gain...
