My 24ish y.o. cousin, female is looking for an apartment share.
She's very nice.
Pretty quiet, no drugs, nothing crazy. But like, she's cool and fun and not a nerdballs never go out or anything.
She'll be working near Temple and is looking for something to start 9/1.
Her budget is around $500/month but I don't know yet if that also includes utilities.
If anyone hears of anything or has any recommendations or suggestions on where to look I'd appreciate it.
I have a vested interest in helping her because she wants to stay with us from mid-August until she can move in.

What about Craigslist or Roommates.com? I actually found a roommate on Craigslist- I rented a room for her for about 1 year.
Does she know anyone in the area?
Yes, sorry, I assume she's working all of the obvious angles and hopefully looking somehow via Temple's grad program. She went to St. Joe's and is somewhat familiar with Philly and has some contacts here.
So I guess I'm hoping for the non-obvious or if anyone hears anything, knows anyone personally or happens to have a room for rent.
