What do you all use for overnight diapers for an infant, cloth or disposible? Adler pee's through his every night. I have tried double stuffing a cloth diaper and it soaked his bed and right now he wears a disposible at night but still pee's right through it. He is sleeping from about 9pm-6am so he isn't waking at night so I can change him. suggestions?
Re: Moms-overnight diapers
At that age we were doing a OS FB with the large insert and a hemp doubler. From about 10-18 months we had to add a 2nd hemp doubler. Now we do a medium FB with the large insert and one hemp or a Tot Bot with a hemp doubler.
Evan has always been a super soaker. There were times he'd be soaked through when I checked on him before I went to bed. I always changed him and he never woke up. To this day I could change him and he'd go back to sleep.
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
We use a fitted - either a BG bamboo fitted (Thanks Nancy!), Monkey Snuggles or a GM and a cover. I like Flips, Blueberry or Wee Huggers right now. A lot of times I will add a soaker between the fitted and the cover too which seems to help. I have not had a single leak and this kid sleeps from 10p-7a
GL, it's no fun to change pee soaked bedding first thing in the AM!
This. A bamboo fitted or a monkey snuggles with a cover is our solution. She pees through her pockets and AIOs on most nights. We never have leaks with a fitted with a cover. Get thyself to Top to Bottom and get a good fitted and a cover. :-)
ps-katie - glad they work. I loved those things. Absolutely bulletproof. I'm considering a Tots Bots bamboo fitted that I saw at T2B. It was so soft and I really like my Tots Bots. I shake my fist at BumGenius for discontinuing those. They're so awesome.
They are totally bulletproof, you're right! I was lucky that they came the day that I ran out of disposables and started CDing. I haven't used anything else (pockets, etc.) I have heard good things about Tots Bots too. My BFF flys in tonight, think we are going on a CD shopping spree while she's here....I will add them to my list. It's all her fault that we CD in the first place! She's got a toddler & an 8 m/o
