290 at 43rd Outbound Freeway Closed
There was a really bad wreck between Hollister and 43rd. They have had 290 closed for the last 2 hours and it looks like it will be closed for quite some time. They do have the HOV open to all cars.

We just came home on the HOV and it was smooth sailing. We went into town around 1:30 and got back about 15 minutes ago. The HOV was fine.
Sadly, I am pretty sure there was at least one fatality. A car was sandwiched between a truck and 18 wheeler, pinned to the retaining wall.
