As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I love how effective the 30ds is, but level 3 kills me!
I do it as often as I can, but we're leaving on a cruise to Alaska for quite a while!
I have it and I would totally be down for doing a 30 day challenge! I always start it but never finish. After about 5 days my body feels like jello and I stop.
Maybe doing it with a group will help me stick with it! August 1st sounds great to me!

One, I might be down for doing the 30DS if I can get my hands on a copy of the DVD (and it doesn't cost too much).
Two, there are no ketchup chips in the US?! But then again, in Canada, Mountain Dew has no caffiene (sp?) which might shock you Americans.
Supposedly they've made it down to a few states. My SIL in New Jersey can get them, but they aren't widespread and I cannot get them. Also all of our Tim Horton's in Connecticut closed...boo
