A shot in the dark
Hi ladies!
This is just a shot in the dark, but have any of you had any experience with the Department of Defense's Homeowner's Assistance Program (HAP)? We are currently in the process of buying a home, and it seems to be dragging on F O R E V E R. Of course, we're eager to move in, and I am not necessarily known for being patient, and I'm just trying to get an idea of the typical timeline for this process.
