We ordered new phones off of Verizon.com because I got a better deal with my business discount (even though I don't work for my firm anymore) than in the store. Well they should have arrived by Friday, Monday the latest. As of Friday night we still hadn't received tracking numbers yet. I called them up and biitched and they gave me my cases for free. Yay for $30 savings!
Then I had called Wendy's to complain that they left the damn wax paper on the cheese on my chicken sandwich the other night (which I bit into). They took my name down and we lunched for free yesterday.
I swear between installing Fios, getting new phones and getting bad food, I have been on the phone with customer service all freakin' week! Good thing I have a BS in Biitching!
