Re: Planned Eating and Exercise for Monday
I say go for the wine, Maria!
B: multigrain english muffin with some sliced turkey
S: fruit/cereal bar
L: watermelon and leftover baked chicken breast
E: cardio kickboxing this morning... and of course the 10 block walk to class in about two hours.
I recently found out that 8 regular city blocks = 1 mile, so my trek to class and back is about 2.5 miles.
I have learned that morning workouts are the way to go for me. If I don't do it first thing after I wake up, chances are I'm not going to do it.

It is fruit right?
Also, I used to LOVE Kickboxing, but haven't taken a class since the week of my wedding -- where she kicked the whole class' butt in my honor..lol....I was lucky I could walk down the aisle. Well, I was going to cancel my gym membership because I spend so much money on Zumba, etc. outside of the gym -- but I think I'll keep the membership and go back to kickboxing once school starts again ie. it cools down. The gym is not well air conditioned at all and the "Fit Club" (Zumba, etc.) studio is very well air conditioned....also at the gym when they open the doors when its hot you can smell the french fries from the bar next door..not okay! Anyways, my point is -- I'm excited to get back to Kickboxing! They have a regular cardio class and then a bag contact class -- can't wait to break out my hot pink boxing gloves again!

Wine totally counts as fruit... especially on your anniversary.
My advisor when I was active in the sorority was also a kickboxing instructor and I have always wanted to try it. I would love to get a gym membership to take a class.

B - Sweet Potato Oatmeal
L - Panzanella
D - Zucchini Enchiladas, Black Beans
S - Nut Bar
Work is doing a nutrition thing that let us have a phone conference with a nutititionist to go over out goals, what we can do better with, etc. I did mine last week and the general thing was that I need to do a better job swapping out empty calorie/high sugar snacks for more fruits and veggies. I'm having trouble hitting my daily calories with the swaps. Even with things planned for today, I'm 450 calories under... maybe ice cream later?
E - Core and Zumba for Wii
Kate's Recipe Box || Relatively Bookish
I find that peanut butter adds calories fast..what if you cut up an apple with peanut butter? 190 cals for 2 tbsp.
