Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I've been checking out some places but I'd love input if anyone has some. I'd prefer to send both kids to the same place but I'm flexible on that. Thanks!

My son goes to one of the New Horizons Child Development Centers (they have one or two in the Edmond area and 5 in the OKC Metro overall). I would recommend at least checking them out.

Also, DHS posts findings from their periodic and complaint visits to any licensed child care center. Definitely do your research on your top choices.

I second this! It has definetly helped me out when finding childcare.
You can also use rainbowfleet.org. I found our in home babysitter on here and she was wonderful.
I looked at one of the Edmond locations. I thought there were too many kids in the infant/toddler room, the staff was bellowing at the crying kids, it smelled, and seemed dirty. I know things can vary between locations. It is tough to find a good place.
When we lived in Edmond, I sent my son to Camelot Child Development Center. I would recommend them. They have a few different locations in Edmond and they are great. Only the location on Santa Fe location goes up to school age, but they have a great program for all ages. Not sure on the ages of your kids but I know it's $210 a week for infants, $165 for ages 1-2, and $145 after 2. I am not sure after that because when we moved my son was still 2.
I have also heard Goddard School was good too. Both will have waiting lists so good luck!!
