Making an Offer Tomorrow!

I just got off the phone with our mortgage broker, and he said we are good to go to  make our offer on the house we found this weekend! He was calling our realtor to ler her know so that we can get the paperwork going tomorrow.

Its tinyer than we ideally wanted, but it is really cute! The price is perfect and it will work for us for at least 10 years if not more. Here is a pic of the front:

I don't want to get my hopes up because we still need to negotiate and get the inspection and all that good stuff. But these are the big steps leading up! I am soooo excited!
